DESCRIPTION: Mixed-use tower consists of two basement floor for Parking and Retail, Ground floor includes Retail and Main Entrance. Podium Floor, Duplexes over the 1st and 2nd Floors in addition to 20 upper residential floors and 23rd floor foe Health Club and Pool. ECOBUILD assigned to provide sustainability compliance management on site through the review and approval of material submittal prior to procurement, conducting site audits, and supervising the testing and commissioning of all MEP systems.

Scope of Services: Sustainability Consultancy including; 

  • Green Building Certification (ESTIDAMA 1 Pearl)
  • Performance, Engineering and Commissioning Consultancy
  • Environmental Consultancy (CWMP) • Energy Simulation and modeling
